Compared to last week feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Slaughter cows and bulls were steady . Average offering of average to plain quality cattle with active buyer participation.
Supply included: 76% Feeder Cattle (35% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 42% Heifers, 23% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (82% Cows, 18% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (40% Stock Cows, 53% Bred Cows, 7% Cow-Calf Pairs); 8% Slaughter Goats (55% Kids, 34% Nannies/Does, 11% Bucks/Billies); 3% Feeder Pigs (100% Pigs); 0% Slaughter Hogs (100% Sows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 13%.
