Compared to last week, all classes of feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Slaughter cattle and slaughter bulls were steady. There were moderate offerings of mostly average quality cattle with active buyer participation.

Supply included: 86% Feeder Cattle (34% Steers, 2% Dairy Steers, 43% Heifers, 20% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 8% Slaughter Cattle (83% Cows, 17% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (19% Stock Cows, 48% Bred Cows, 33% Cow-Calf Pairs); 3% Slaughter Goats (26% Kids, 35% Nannies/Does, 39% Wethers); 1% Slaughter Hogs (71% Barrows & Gilts, 29% Sows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 16%.
