Compared to last week feeder cattle were unevenly steady. Slaughter cows and bulls were steady to 2.00 higher. Average offering of average quality cattle with active buyer participation.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (33% Steers, 47% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 15% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (31% Stock Cows, 62% Bred Cows, 8% Cow-Calf Pairs); 1% Slaughter Goats (60% Kids, 20% Nannies/Does, 20% Bucks/Billies); 1% Replacement Goats (100% Families). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 9%.
