Compared to last week: Combined weighted average report for 1 Colorado auction included: Livestock Exchange. Slaughter cows traded steady to 5.00 higher, while slaughter bulls traded 4.50 lower. Feeding cows traded uneven, 2.00 lower to 10.00 higher. Feeder Dairy heifers traded 4.00 to 7.50 higher and all other class of cattle were too thinly tested for an accurate market trend. Trade activity and demand were good to very good.

Supply included: 27% Feeder Cattle (5% Steers, 17% Heifers, 4% Bulls, 74% Dairy Heifers); 71% Slaughter Cattle (0% Heifers, 90% Cows, 9% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 2% Replacement Cattle (67% Stock Cows, 33% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 90%.
