Compared to last week: Combined weighted average report for 3 Colorado auction markets included: Winter Livestock, La Junta Livestock, and Livestock Exchange. Trade activity and demand moderate to good. Feeder steers and heifers too thinly tested to trend, but higher undertones were noted. Average dressing slaughter cows sold mostly steady.

Supply included: 62% Feeder Cattle (42% Steers, 48% Heifers, 1% Bulls, 9% Dairy Heifers); 26% Slaughter Cattle (0% Steers, 0% Heifers, 93% Cows, 7% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers); 12% Replacement Cattle (6% Stock Cows, 17% Bred Cows, 61% Cow-Calf Pairs, 17% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 61%.
