Compared to last week: Combined weighted average report for 4 Colorado auction markets included: Centennial Livestock, Winter Livestock, La Junta Livestock, and Livestock Exchange. Trade activity and demand moderate to good. Feeder steers under 550 lbs sold mostly 1.00 to 5.00 lower, and over 550 lbs mostly 1.00 to 7.00 higher. Feeder heifers 400-700 lbs sold mostly 8.00 to 16.00 higher. Heifers over 700 lbs sold unevenly steady. Feeder dairy heifers over 1050 lbs sold mostly steady to 2.00 higher.

Supply included: 87% Feeder Cattle (29% Steers, 22% Dairy Steers, 35% Heifers, 0% Bulls, 14% Dairy Heifers); 12% Slaughter Cattle (1% Heifers, 89% Cows, 8% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 1% Replacement Cattle (54% Stock Cows, 2% Cow-Calf Pairs, 43% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 46%.
