Compared to last week: Combined weighted average report for 4 Colorado auction markets included: Winter Livestock, La Junta Livestock, Sterling Livestock, and Livestock Exchange. Feeder steers under 500 lbs sold 10.00 to 15.00 higher on a light test, 500-700 lbs mostly 2.00 to 7.00 higher, 700-800 lbs 3.00 lower and over 800 lbs 8.00 to 14.00 lower on a light test. Feeder heifers under 700 lbs sold mostly 1.00 to 3.00 higher on a thin test, and over 700 lbs 2.00 to 6.00 lower on a thin test. Feeder dairy heifers sold unevenly steady. Average dressing slaughter cows and bulls sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher.
