Compared to last week: Trade activity and demand moderate to good. Slaughter cows and bulls sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Cows and bulls returning to feed sold unevenly steady. Dairy feeder heifers 1100-1300 lbs sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher on a light test. Feeder cattle were too thinly tested to trend. Today's run included a few big drafts of yearling heifers carrying quality and condition. The next available report will be Thursday, June 17, 2021.

Supply included: 38% Feeder Cattle (2% Steers, 71% Heifers, 1% Bulls, 26% Dairy Heifers); 57% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (17% Bred Cows, 68% Cow-Calf Pairs, 15% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 94%.
