Compared to last week: Feeder steers under 600 lbs traded unevenly steady on a light offering, while steers over 600 lbs traded mostly 0.50 to 3.50 lower on a thin test. Feeder heifers across all weight ranges traded mostly 2.00 to 5.00 lower on a light offering. Replacement cattle had no comparisons from last week to accurately trend. Slaughter cattle were too thinly tested to quote. Trade activity and demand were moderate. The next available report will be Wednesday, February 17, 2021.

Supply included: 94% Feeder Cattle (52% Steers, 48% Heifers); 6% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 78%.
