Compared to last week: Feeder steers 6.00-15.00 higher. Feeder heifers 1.00-8.00 higher. The offering included several weaned calves with some of them Value Added that sold for a premium. No trend on cows and bulls not reported last week. About 150 cows and bulls observed today.
Supply included: 76% Feeder Cattle (27% Steers, 50% Heifers, 23% Bulls); 14% Slaughter Cattle (74% Cows, 26% Bulls); 10% Replacement Cattle (68% Bred Cows, 32% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 9%.
