Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers under 600 lbs 10.00-25.00 lower with the better 400-500 steers 30.00-35.00 lower over 600 lbs 4.00-13.00 lower. Quality and condition of most cattle not as good as last week with a lot of unweaned calves in the offering under 600 lbs. Cows and bulls not reported due to time limits.
Supply included: 80% Feeder Cattle (34% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 40% Heifers, 26% Bulls); 13% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows); 7% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 15%.
