Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter bulls sold mostly steady and cows sold 1.00 - 4.00 higher. Feeder steers and bulls sold unevenly steady and feeder heifers sold 5.00 - 8.00 higher. Trade active with good to very good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (9% Steers, 44% Heifers, 47% Bulls); 15% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (21% Stock Cows, 47% Bred Cows, 16% Bred Heifers, 16% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 15%.
