Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls sold steady and slaughter cows sold 2.00 - 7.00 lower. Feeder steers sold steady to 2.00 higher, feeder bulls sold 2.00 - 5.00 higher, feeder heifers sold mostly steady. Trade active with good to very good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 86% Feeder Cattle (16% Steers, 39% Heifers, 45% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (21% Stock Cows, 36% Bred Cows, 21% Bred Heifers, 21% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 9%.
