Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls sold steady to 3.00 higher and slaughter cows sold mostly steady. Feeder steers sold unevenly steady, feeder heifers sold 3.00 - 5.00 lower, and feeder bulls sold 3.00 - 7.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (12% Steers, 39% Heifers, 49% Bulls); 13% Slaughter Cattle (83% Cows, 17% Bulls); 6% Replacement Cattle (56% Bred Cows, 11% Bred Heifers, 33% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 7%.
