Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter bulls sold mostly steady and slaughter cows sold 6.00 - 8.00 higher with high of 81.00. Feeder steers and bulls sold 2.00 - 4.00 higher and feeder heifers sold 4.00 - 8.00 higher. Trade active with very good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 87% Feeder Cattle (15% Steers, 41% Heifers, 44% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (90% Cows, 10% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (23% Stock Cows, 62% Bred Cows, 15% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 10%.
