Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls sold 2.00 - 7.00 higher and slaughter cows sold 2.00 - 3.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 3.00 - 8.00 higher, feeder heifers sold unevenly steady, and feeder bulls sold 2.00 - 3.00 lower. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold mostly steady.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (18% Steers, 42% Heifers, 40% Bulls); 12% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 13% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (10% Stock Cows, 57% Bred Cows, 10% Bred Heifers, 23% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 14%.
