Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls sold steady to 5.00 higher and slaughter cows sold steady to 6.00 higher. Feeder steers sold 5.00 - 10.00 lower, feeder heifers sold 2.00 - 7.00 higher, and feeder bulls sold steady to 5.00 lower. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold unevenly steady.
Supply included: 84% Feeder Cattle (32% Steers, 43% Heifers, 25% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 6% Replacement Cattle (7% Stock Cows, 49% Bred Cows, 12% Bred Heifers, 30% Cow-Calf Pairs, 2% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 13%.
