Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter cows sold 4.00 to 6.00 higher, slaughter bulls sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Feeder steers sold 2.00 to 6.00 lower, feeder bulls and heifers sold 3.00 to 7.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 71% Feeder Cattle (36% Steers, 49% Heifers, 15% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 18% Replacement Cattle (29% Stock Cows, 42% Bred Cows, 28% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 27%.
