Compared to last week steers sold steady to 3.00 lower and heifers under 600 lbs sold 2.00-6.00 lower with heifers over 600 lbs selling steady. Demand was good from the buyers in the crowd with internet activity noticed. A winter storm started moving its way through the trade area overnight slowing the demand slightly.
Supply included: 92% Feeder Cattle (70% Steers, 30% Heifers); 8% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 71%.
