Compared to two weeks ago, feeder steers sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher with the exception of 700 lb to 900 lb steers that sold 8.00 to 10.00 lower. Feeder heifers weighing less than 600 lbs sold 6.00 to 8.00 higher, while those weighing more than 600 lbs sold 1.00 to 3.00 lower. Buyer demand was good for a heavy sale supply of fully preconditioned, long time weaned steers and heifers.
