Compared to last week most lots of steers sold 2.00 to 4.00 lower except a flat 700 lbs steers sold steady. Heifers under 550 lbs sold 6.00 to 8.00 lower, 550 to 600 lbs 7.00 higher and over 600 lbs mostly steady. Demand was moderate to good from a large crowd of buyers. A heavy supply of fully precondition, long time weaned steers and heifers on hand Monday. Bulk of the lots displayed eye appeal and showed nice through the sale ring. Next Monday, will be a Special wean calf and feeder auction starting at 10:30.
