Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were unevenly steady with moderate to good demand. Slaughter cows and bulls were mostly steady to 2.00 higher. Huntingdon- Due to the two week Christmas and New Year holiday layoff, no trends could be established.

Supply included: 89% Feeder Cattle (28% Steers, 53% Heifers, 19% Bulls); 8% Slaughter Cattle (87% Cows, 13% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (13% Stock Cows, 29% Bred Cows, 8% Bred Heifers, 46% Cow-Calf Pairs, 4% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 28%.
