Compared to last week slaughter steers had instances 0f higher/lower with slaughter heifers 1.00 lower this week. Holstein slaughter were 2.00 to 6.00 lower today. Cows were 4.00 to 7.00 lower but still good value on big high dressing breaker cows and bulls 7.00 to 10.00 lower. Feeder steers were trending higher and feeder heifers trending lower with feeder bulls sharply higher and a light offering of feeder cattle today.

Supply included: 13% Feeder Cattle (33% Steers, 50% Heifers, 17% Bulls); 87% Slaughter Cattle (40% Steers, 5% Dairy Steers, 32% Heifers, 20% Cows, 3% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 63%.
