Compared to last week, slaughter steers had instances of higher/lower with slaughter heifers 2.00 to 3.00 higher with a good offering of steers and heifers. Holstein slaughter steers were sharply higher with a light offering. Cows were 1.00 higher with bulls 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Feeder steers were trending lower but good value on value added steers and feeder heifers and bulls were unevenly steady.

Supply included: 13% Feeder Cattle (37% Steers, 35% Heifers, 28% Bulls); 87% Slaughter Cattle (41% Steers, 3% Dairy Steers, 28% Heifers, 24% Cows, 3% Bulls, 0% Dairy Heifers, 0% Bullocks); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 23%.
