Compared to last week, steers sold steady. Heifers under 700 lbs sold 3.00 to 5.00 higher and over 700 lbs sold steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher and slaughter bulls sold steady to 4.00 higher. Demand was good for all classes of cattle on the market.

Supply included: 69% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 53% Heifers); 8% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 23% Replacement Cattle (20% Stock Cows, 64% Bred Cows, 16% Bred Heifers, 0% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 70%.
