Market Notes
Compared to last week; slaughter and feeder cows traded 2.00 to 3.00 lower with the majority of the cows returning to the country. Slaughter bulls traded 1.00 to 2.00 lower. A nice offering of dispersial cows with a very active market for home raised one iron cows and bred heifers. Most of the bred cow offering leaving the state to Colorado and Nebraska.
Supply included: 30% Slaughter Cattle (94% Cows, 6% Bulls); 70% Replacement Cattle (15% Stock Cows, 63% Bred Cows, 17% Bred Heifers, 5% Cow-Calf Pairs).
