Compared to last week: Steer and heifer calves and feeder steers and heifers firm. Receipts on the day were limited by rain and temperatures in the mid-forties. Fleshy cows firm to 2.00 higher; lean cows steady to 1.00 lower. Slaughter bulls not well tested. Trade fairly active. Demand fairly good.
Supply included: 54% Feeder Cattle (78% Steers, 22% Heifers); 46% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows, 0% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 77%.
