MONTHLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

For the month of May:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady
with the exception of Foreshanks and Chop Ready 6 Rib Racks which were
steady to lower. In the Veal complex, Shoulder Blade Chops, Loin
Chops and Stew Meat were the most commonly advertised items as retail
prices were generally steady to slightly lower throughout the month of May.
