Weighted Average Report for Wednesday 6/28/2017

Cattle Receipts: 442    Last week: 275    Last year: 792

Compared to last week: Feeder steer and heifer calves sold steady with good 
demand. Yearling steers and heifers mostly steady. Slaughter cows and bulls 
2.00 to 3.00 higher with good demand. 

*No sale next week due to holiday*

5 replacement cattle, 45 slaughter cattle, 392 feeder cattle.
Slaughter cows made up 1.75 percent of offering, slaughter bulls 1.2 
percent, replacement cows .6 percent and feeders 97.0 percent. The 
feeder supply included 63 percent steers and bulls and 36 percent 
heifers. Near 60.1 percent of run weighed over 600 lbs.
