Cattle Receipts: 489   Last week: 866   Last year: 627

Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold 5.00 to 7.00 lower with 
light demand. Yearling steers and heifers not fully tested. Lower cattle futures 
have pushed prices lower this week which weakened demand. Slaughter cows and 
bulls sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher.
 
4 replacement cattle, 50 slaughter cattle, and 435 feeder cattle.
Slaughter cows made up 9.7 percent of offering, slaughter bulls 2.0 
percent, replacement cows .3 percent and feeders 89.0 percent. The 
feeder supply included 64 percent steers and bulls and 36 percent 
heifers. Near 42 percent of run weighed over 600 lbs.
