Cattle Receipts: 863   Last week: 370   Last year: 900

Compared to last week: Steer and heifer calves sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher with 
good demand on a high quality calf offering with premiums paid for precondition 
cattle. Yearling steers and heifers steady with good demand. Slaughter cows and 
bulls fully steady. 
 
14 replacement cattle, 70 slaughter cattle, and 779 feeder cattle.
Slaughter cows made up 7.4 percent of offering, slaughter bulls 0.8 percent, 
replacement cows 1.0 percent and feeders 90 percent. The feeder supply included 
56 percent steers and bulls and 34 percent heifers. Near 30 percent of run 
weighed over 600 lbs.
