Cattle Receipts: 1147     Last week: no sale       Last year: 637 

Compared to last week.  No trend from last week due to sale cancellation. A 
stronger overall undertone was felt in todays market. Many fancy weaned packages 
of preconditioned cattle were offered in todays sale and were in good demand. 
Weigh cows and bulls were also in good demand. 

55 replacement cattle, 73 slaughter cattle, and 1019 feeder cattle.
Slaughter cows made up 3.8 percent of offering, slaughter bulls 1.5 percent, 
replacement cows 3.0 percent and feeders 92 percent. The feeder supply included 
52 percent steers and bulls 48 percent heifers. Near 76 percent of run weighed    
Over 600 pounds.
