Kentucky Weekly Livestock Summary for the week of Jun 3-8,2019.

Receipts: 17,022      		Last Week 10,516	     	  Last Year 17,077            

 Compared to last week, feeder cattle were mostly 3.00-5.00 lower, with the best 
demand noted for preconditioned cattle weaned a minimum of 30 days.  Slaughter cows 
and bulls were mostly steady to 3.00 higher with good demand. Comparisons are based 
on a limited test due to the Memorial Holiday last week.

   In the feeder supply, steers made up approximately 39 percent and heifers, 
approximately 41 percent.  Feeder cattle over 600 lbs totaled approximately 40 
percent.
