MONTHLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

For the month of February:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly
steady with Foreshank,  and 4X4 Loins steady to weak. Strip Loins steady to
sharply lower, when compared to prices from the previous month. In the Veal
complex, Shoulder Blade Chops, Loin Chops and Stew Meat were the most
commonly advertised items as retail prices were steady to firm.
