MONTHLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

For the month of September:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly
steady with Hotel Racks and Single Legs steady to firm and Chop Ready Racks,
4x4 Loins, Single Legs, and Stew Meat mostly higher.  In the Veal
complex, Shoulder Blade Chops, Breasts, and Stew Meat were the most
commonly advertised items as retail prices were unevenly steady.
