MONTHLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

For the month of April:  Special fed veal cut prices were steady with
foresaddles, forequarters, necks, loins, and hindshanks steady to weak. The
number of Veal retail features were mostly steady compared to last month. In
the veal complex, Shoulder Blade Chops, Loin Chops, and Ground Veal were the
three most commonly advertised items as the price trend was mostly steady.
