MONTHLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

Compared to last test:  Special fed veal cut prices were steady
on comparable sales.  Weekly Veal Retail features saw a 264.5 percent
increase this reporting period.  In the veal complex, Shoulder Blade Chops,
Scallopini, and Stew Meat were the three most widely advertised
items this week as the price trend was unevenly steady.
