Northeast and North Central Basis - FOB Major Production Points
Compared to last week: Special fed veal cut prices were steady
on comparable sales. Weekly Veal Retail features saw a 2.8 percent
increase this reporting period. In the veal complex, Boneless
Legs and Loin Chops were the two most widely advertised items
as the general price trend this week was steady.
