Northeast and North Central Basis - FOB Major Production Points
Compared to last week: Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady, with
single legs and Osso Bucco foreshank weak and foresaddles, chucks, loins and
top rounds firm. Weekly Lamb Retail features decreased by 48.3 percent this
repoting period. In the veal complex, Loin Chops and Breast were the most
widely advertised veal items on a steady to weak price trend.
