Northeast and North Central Basis - FOB Major Production Points
Compared to last week: Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady to
to lower. The weekly veal features decreased by 10.5 percent this reporting
period. Shoulder blade and Round Bone Shoulder Chops were the most widely
advertised items.
General feature price trend was higher.
