WEEKLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

Compared to last week:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady to
lower as all items had lower prices within the range.  The weekly veal
features were up by 210 outlets at mostly steady prices, with the exception
of scallopini which moved lower on very limited appearances.  Shoulder Chops,
breast items and ground veal were the most popular items.
