WEEKLY BOXED & DISTRIBUTIVE/LCL VEAL CUTS TRADE
Northeast and North Central Basis  -     FOB Major Production Points

Compared to last week:  Special fed veal cut prices were mostly steady,
with  full shoulders, top round, hindshank and leg items higher while
breast were lower. Last week veal retail feature activity increased
with more suitable iteams for winter dishes with leg cutlets and  scallopini
being the most popular at higher prices as retailers anticipate
good demand.
