Compared to two weeks ago Monday at the same market, stocker and feeder
cattle steady to 5.00 higher. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows
2.00-3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls 1.00-3.00 higher. Trade active with good
demand. Slaughter cows 36 percent, slaughter bulls 5 percent, 10 replacement
cows, and feeders 49 percent of the supply. The feeder supply included 51
percent steers and 49 percent heifers. Near 39 percent of the run weighed
over 600 lbs. Replacement Cows: Pre-tested for pregnancy, and age.

Receipts: 120
Demand good. Trade active. Feeders 100 percent of the supply. The feeder
cattle supply included 63 percent steers and 37 percent heifers. 100 Percent
of the supply weighed over 600 lbs. Prices FOB based on net weights. Lots are
to be sorted, and weighed either on the ground or truck with a 2% shrink or
equivalent, and with a 6 cent slide up/down. Current deliveries are cattle
that will deliver up to 14 days from the date of the sale.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1: 750 lbs. 143.75 WA.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1: 700 lbs. 133.75 WA.
