Compared to last Monday at the same market, stocker and feeder cattle firm.
Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows 2.00-3.00 lower. Slaughter bulls
steady. Trade slow to with light to moderate demand from packer buyers. Demand
was good for turn-out type feeding cows. Slaughter cows 48 percent, slaughter
bulls 5 percent, and feeders 47 percent of the supply. The feeder supply included
36 percent steers and 64 percent heifers. Near 59 percent of the run weighed over
600 lbs.
