Compared to two weeks ago at the same market, not enough stocker or feeder
cattle for accurate trends. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows steady to
firm. Slaughter bulls steady. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows made up
73 percent of the offering, slaughter bulls 10 percent, and feeders 17 percent of
the supply. The feeder supply included 55 percent steers and 45 percent heifers.
Near 100 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 700-800 lbs 128.00-134.00. Large 1:
900-1000 lbs 108.00.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2: 800-900 lbs 111.00. Medium and Large 2-
3: 600-700 lbs 119.00.
