Due to the Memorial Day holiday last Monday market not reported so no
trends are available. Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows made up
77 percent of the offering, Slaughter bulls 5 percent, and feeders 18 percent
of the supply. The feeder supply included 43 percent steers and 57 percent
heifers. Near 62 percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 600-700 lbs 218.00-225.00; 700-800 lbs
194.50; 900-1000 lbs 182.50.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2: 300-400 lbs 251.00; 400-500 lbs 243.00-
251.00; 500-600 lbs 228.00-237.00; 700-800 lbs 185.50. Large 2-3: 900-1000 lbs
