   No trends due to the Labor Day holiday last week and market not reported. 
Trade active with good demand. Slaughter cows made up 45 percent of the 
offering, Slaughter bulls 10 percent, and feeders 45 percent of the supply. 
The feeder supply included 57 percent steers and 43 percent heifers. Near 32 
percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs. 

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  300-400 lbs 164.00;  400-500 lbs 164.50; 
500-600 lbs 148.50-153.50;  500-600 lbs 157.50, Thin Fleshed;  600-700 lbs 142.50-
150.00;  700-800 lbs 141.75-146.50;  800-900 lbs 137.00-145.00.  Large 1-2:  900-
1000 lbs 135.00-137.00.  Small and Medium 1-2:  300-400 lbs 123.00;  400-500 lbs 
146.00-153.00;  500-600 lbs 133.00.     

   Holstein Steers:  Large 2-3:  1200-1300 lbs 72.50.

sales current FOB thru Nov delivery at the ranches located in WA. The 
feeder supply included 56 percent steers and 44 percent heifers. Near 13 
percent of the run weighed over 600 lbs.  Prices are FOB weighing point with 
a 1-4 percent shrink or equivalent and with a 5-10 cent slide on calves and a 
3-6 cent slide on yearlings. 

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  585 lbs 162.00, Oct-Nov;  850 lbs 139.25, 
Current.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1-2:  550 lbs 151.75, Oct-Nov;  825 lbs
