No trends due to market not reported last week. Trade active with moderate
demand. Slaughter cows made up 56 percent of the offering, Slaughter bulls 1
percent, and feeders 43 percent of the supply. The feeder supply included 54
percent steers and 46 percent heifers. Near 57 percent of the run weighed
over 600 lbs. Replacement cows pretested for pregnancy, age and bangs.
Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1-2: 500-600 lbs 146.00; 600-700 lbs 142.00-
148.00; 700-800 lbs 140.00-140.50.
Bulls: Medium and Large 1-2: 300-400 lbs 162.00; 400-500 lbs 149.00.
Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1-2: 400-500 lbs 140.00; 500-600 lbs 134.00;
600-700 lbs 131.00; 600-700 lbs 142.00, Thin Fleshed. Small and Medium 1-2: 500-
600 lbs 128.00; 600-700 lbs 124.00.
