Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

 Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending March 17, 2018.
  
  Total estimated receipts this week 9,600 last week 11,369 and 
11,581 last year. Compared to last week: All feeder classes, 
sold uneven, mostly steady to 5.00 lower. Trade moderate, with 
good demand on feeders. Supply this week consisted of 79 percent 
feeder classes with 16 percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply 
consisted of 21 percent steers, 46 percent heifers, and 33 
percent bulls.
