Weekly Combined Weighted Average Feeder Cattle Report

 Alabama livestock auctions for the week ending October 21, 2017.
  
  Total estimated receipts this week 16,500 last week 12,321 and 
12,574 last year. Compared to last week: All feeder classes sold, 
mostly steady to 3.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on 
feeders. Supply this week consisted of 83 percent feeder classes 
with 18 percent over 600 lbs. Feeder supply consisted of 24 
percent steers, 39 percent heifers, and 37 percent bulls.
